Each category has an independent and balanced jury, made up of a President and 6 external members (3 proposed by Hubfinance and 3 invited by the Jury), positioned as direct or indirect clients of the category, with no capital link with the candidates. The Jury determines the criteria, the list of the 5 most deserving companies or leaders who will receive a "2023 jury selection" label, including the company, respectively the winning leader. The scoring criteria, jurors, nominees and winners must be presented on stage by each President during the evening. Nominees and members of the Jury are invited to the evening by the organizers.
